Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of professional bike mechanic experience in a retail shop environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Perform tune-ups, brake bleeds, drivetrain adjustments, and wheel truing.
• Assembly & Customization: Build new bikes from the box to precise safety and quality specifications. Install aftermarket upgrades and accessories.
• Customer Interaction: Greet clients, assess service needs, explain technical repairs clearly, and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough safety checks and test ride bikes to guarantee they meet high-performance standards before handing them back to customers.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep your personal workstation and shared shop tools organized, clean, and safe. Assist with inventory tracking and parts ordering.
